Your Chicagoland Jaguar dealers at Jaguar Northfield are pleased to bring you exciting news about the seamless integration of the latest technology with vintage Jaguar cars. Jaguar Land Rover Classic recently announced the release of the Classic Infotainment System, which brings modern conveniences like 3D navigation and Bluetooth® capability to cherished classic models.
These infotainment systems will be similar to the ones you will find in the new cars at our nearby Chicago Jaguar dealership, but with some notable differences. As you can imagine, the design will be customized to fit the aesthetics of the classic Jaguar models. This is achieved with a 3.5-inch touchscreen complemented by traditional rotary controls and buttons.
The Classic Infotainment System is available in five designs, and the Jaguar systems come in a choice of a black or chrome faceplate.
The single DIN head unit features premium sound through a four-channel, 45-watt output. Customizable 2D and 3D satellite navigation is available in 32 languages, while the system itself is available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Russian.
Per Jaguar Land Rover Classic, the Classic Infotainment System is designed for classic vehicles running on negative earth electrics.
The Classic Infotainment System is priced at approximately $1,560, but it’s worth nothing that specific US pricing and details have not yet been released. You can read the official press release and find more information on the Jaguar Classic website.
